In October 2024, Vitrian entered into a buildout-leaseback partnership with AmplifyBio on a property in New Albany, Ohio. The business plan contemplates a full buildout of the 351,000 SF property into a best-in-class, multi-modal cGMP facility. Vitrian will be providing capital support to assist with AmplifyBio’s expansion of the facility.
