USP

In April 2025, Vitrian entered into a sale-leaseback partnership with United States Pharmacopeial Convention (“USP”) on their global quality control, storage and fulfillment facility for reference standards in Frederick, Maryland. Vitrian acquired the property from a third-party and entered into a new long-term agreement with USP to serve as their strategic real estate partner at the site. Served as USP’s strategic real estate partner and facilities manager.
