Scott Nudelman, Co-Founder of Vitrian

Scott Nudelman, Co-Founder & Managing Principal

Experienced executive with 25+ years in real estate principal investing including 5 years in the life sciences sector with $2.5B+ of closed transactions over career.  Prior to Vitrian, founded GlenLine Investments, which along with its strategic partners, is owner/operator of one of largest life science real estate portfolios in the Maryland market.

At Vitrian, Scott leads strategic partnerships with biopharma and CDMO leadership and their funders to JV on carveout acquisitions that include fully staffed but underutilized facilities and an ongoing MSA, acquire or develop facilities and contribute capital to GMP buildout, and provide non-dilutive capital through sale leasebacks.

Scott also leads Vitrian’s efforts in below-bachelors workforce development, partnering with philanthropic organizations, community colleges, and trade associations in the markets where the firm is active.

Sam Johnson, Co-Founder of Vitrian

Sam Johnson, Co-Founder & Managing Principal

Experienced real estate and investment executive with 10+ years of experience in the life science, health care and R&D sector.

Experience managing a wide range of project initiatives across complex master-planned projects. Considerable experience in the development and financing of cGMP facilities throughout the United States.

Derek Grego

Derek Grego, Director, Ops & Acquisitions

Accomplished real estate and operations executive with 10+ years of experience. Vitrian from GlenLine where he is responsible for investing activities and business development. Prior to joining GlenLine, Derek spent three years at Goldman Sachs on the Real Estate Team within the Merchant Banking Division with a primary focus on office, industrial and covered land investments across the Sun Belt region.

In that role, he participated in 14 successful acquisitions valued in excess of $1.8bn. Derek spent 4 years in the US Army as an infantry officer prior to starting his career in commercial real estate. He is also an accredited member of the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute.

Marty Schnider

Marty Schnider, Director, Corporate Finance

Accomplished finance executive with more than 10 years of experience as an M&A advisor at Credit Suisse and District Capital Partners.

Experience advising financial sponsors and companies across Healthcare, Technology, and Industrials on the development and implementation of acquisition strategies. Marty has advised on over 30 successful transactions with a total transaction value of over $100 billion.

Grant Dziuda

Grant Dziuda, Director, Development & Construction

Accomplished professional in a variety of roles in the design and construction industrial, focused specifically on highly technical life science and manufacturing projects in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of successfully overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex developments within the life sciences sector.

EDUCATION: B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Becky Mullis, Director, Development & Construction

Becky Mullis, Director, Development & Construction

Highly accomplished engineering project management professional with 20 years of experience and deep life sciences industry knowledge, with a focus on in-process engineering for medium and large-scale pharma manufacturing.

Experience directing $250M+ of mission-critical installations from design through CQV for top 3 global CDMO.

EDUCATION: B.S. Chemical Engineering, Purdue University and Masters of Business Administration, Indiana University
