Scott Nudelman, Co-Founder of Vitrian

Scott Nudelman, Co-founder & Managing Principal

Scott joins Vitrian from GlenLine which he founded in 2019. Prior to GlenLine, Scott spent 15 years with Carr Properties, a $3 billion private REIT and one of the Washington, DC region’s most active investors and developers. At Carr, Scott had primary responsibility for acquisitions and dispositions activity in metro Washington and Boston, MA – closing over 40 transactions valued in excess of $2.5 billion while managing many of Carr’s institutional joint venture partnerships.

Prior to joining Carr, he executed industrial investments in the Baltimore-Washington corridor at Grange Partners and covered East Coast markets at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs Realty Management).

Scott is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has 24 years of commercial real estate experience. He is a mentor in the Urban Land Institute Washington Mentorship Program and a former board member of the Real Estate Group. Outside of commercial real estate, Scott serves as a trustee of the National Center for Children and Families and in development/strategic growth capacities for Jubilee JumpStart and Miriam’s Kitchen.

Sam Johnson, Co-Founder of Vitrian

Sam Johnson, Co-founder & Managing Principal

Sam joins Vitrian from Montgomery Street Partners (MSP) where he has senior responsibility for executing on the overall strategy of Life Sciences. His responsibilities include investment originations, oversight of underwriting and due diligence, transaction structuring and execution, development project management, operations and asset management.

Sam joined MSP in 2021, having spent the prior ten years at Oxford Properties Group, a global real-estate owner-operator, developer and investor across various real-estate verticals including biotechnology/life sciences, office, industrial, multi-family and data centers. Most recently serving as a Director, Investments, based out of New York, Sam led dedicated strategies in the life science sector throughout the United States, and was responsible for upwards of $3.0B of transaction volume over the course of his career. Prior to New York, Sam spent four years in Boston, MA, working on a variety of office and life-science focused initiatives, including the establishment of Oxford’s first vertically-integrated operating platform in the United States. Sam earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Derek Grego

Derek Grego, Director, Ops & Acquisitions

Derek joins Vitrian from GlenLine where he is responsible for investing activities and business development. Prior to joining GlenLine, Derek spent three years at Goldman Sachs on the Real Estate Team within the Merchant Banking Division with a primary focus on office, industrial and covered land investments across the Sun Belt region. In that role, he participated in 14 successful acquisitions valued in excess of $1.8bn.

Derek is a graduate of Princeton University, and he spent 4 years in the US Army as an infantry officer prior to starting his career in commercial real estate. He is also an accredited member of the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute

Kevin Caskey

Kevin Caskey

Kevin joins Vitrian from Montgomery Street Partners (MSP) where he has responsibility for financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence and asset management activities related to investments of MSP. Prior to joining MSP, Kevin worked as an associate on the Investments team at Oxford Properties in New York. While at Oxford, Kevin focused on all acquisition related activities for new equity investments across the U.S.

Kevin received a BA in economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Marty Schnider

Marty Schnider, Director, Finance & Investor Relations

Marty joins Vitrian from Fred Schnider Investment Group (FSIG), a real estate investment firm, where he leads the investor relations and underwriting functions. Marty has 10 years of corporate M&A experience with District Capital Partners and Credit Suisse where he has worked with clients across Technology, Healthcare and Industrials. Marty has advised on over 25 completed transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $95 billion.

Marty received an MBA from Darden School of Business at University of Virginia, BA in economics from the University of Maryland, and is a CFA Charterholder. Outside of work, Marty volunteers with Compass which provides pro bono strategic consulting services to local non-profits.

Grant Dziuda

Grant Dziuda, Director, Construction

Grant joins Vitrian from Montgomery Street Partners (MSP) where he has responsibility for project management, oversight, and execution of the MSP’s ongoing development and re-development projects. He previously held positions in project management and operations for DPR Construction in Austin, TX since 2016.

At DPR Construction, Grant was responsible for the management of cross-functional construction teams in commercial, life science, and manufacturing markets with project values up to $100M. Grant has overseen various project delivery methods including, design-build, design-assist, hard bid, and negotiated GMPs through the entire project lifecycle.

Grant earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.

Becky Mullis, Director, Development & Construction

Becky Mullis, Director, Development & Construction

Becky joins Vitrian from Catalent where she directed over $250M of mission-critical installations from design through CQV. Becky has a 20-year background in process engineering and project management for medium and large-scale pharma manufacturing.

Becky earned an MBA from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
