Vitrian partnered with Koelbel & Company, an established Denver-based operator, on the acquisition and development of a 134k SF cGMP facility in Boulder County, CO. The property was planned as a best-in-class pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, designed to accommodate a range of user modalities. Situated within the Highway 36 corridor, CV Innovation Campus allows convenient access to Boulder, Denver, and the Denver International Airport. Prior to construction, Vitrian and its partners secured a full-building commitment for the facility.
