Seneca Meadows

Vitrian has partnered with Minkoff Development Corporation to design and develop a commercial-scale cGMP facility on the campus of Seneca Meadows Corporate Center in Germantown, MD. The campus is already home to a thriving community of life science companies and offers additional R&D and admin capacity. The 11.8ac greenfield site can accommodate a 75k – 150k SF footprint with up to 38k SF of additional mezzanine space, exterior utility yard, and 380 parking spaces.
