Vitrian has been engaged for the development of the Silver Spring Bio Center in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. The 150k SF facility will be able to accommodate up to 63k SF of clean room, process development, and support space, in addition to a dynamic administrative and collaboration spaces in a vibrant urban environment.
